If notified within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Customers are required to ship items back for returns, and are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
